Janiya Oriental Indoor / Outdoor Area Rug

Lost two stars because of overall appearance. It is most definitely purple and not red. The edging is also poorly finished but as a short pile rug, it feels nice and the pattern isn't bad. It suited my purpose but unfortunately doesn't look much like what's advertised here.

Firstly the rug is cheap for the size, so I did reflect that in my expectations; The good - It is very flat, thin and low pile which is exactly what we wanted as it was going under a dining table, so it won't hold food etc and will clean off easily. Bad: The rug looks very cheap the edging is obviously in clear binding. On one edge of mine there was an obvious long flaw under the seams as shown in the pictures. I suspect these are factory 2nds. The edge is already fraying after a couple of days. The colour is definitely more blue/purple tinted than the picture. My pictures are more accurate to the real colours. I wouldn't say it's a red rug. Overall I wouldn't buy it again and I wouldn't particularly recommend.
