Falk Geometric Shag Area Rug

I ordered a rug recently, and one did arrive very quickly, but completely different colours to the one I ordered. Unfortunately I was away and my husband opened it and put it down without realising, though he was confused by the colour. The rug I received is lovely quality, correct size,etc, and is now in the hallway as it's the wrong colours for the intended room. The orange, terracota colours is the one I ordered. The grey colour is what I received. Quite an expensive rug so very disappointed really , but can't return as it has been used now.
