This rug is not white or even off-white, it's beige. So I'm a little disappointed with the colour which is why I gave four stars and not five, as the rug itself is excellent quality. It has a thick dense pile and feels luxurious underfoot. I would have preferred a white rug for the room but as it's so nice I decided to keep it.
