This rug is very thin, but that is what I wanted. I bought 3 different sizes for my kitchen and sunroom. I love the colors. My only negative is that they have a nap, kind of like velvet. From one ongle they look dark and another they look light. That means when you sweep or even walk across them, you see light and dark patches.
