It has been down one week now and it is still slightly wrinkly from being packaged but has improved from first opening so I expect it just needs a little longer for it to be completely smoothed out. This rug is exactly how it’s pictured. It fits the room beautifully, delivery was fast. The reason it got a slightly lower star rating would probably make it better for others. I personally didn’t think it looked as fluffy in the listing as it is.
