Comfortable, supports my back & thighs. The heat pad heats my lower back & the massage mode is for the back, lower back & thighs which is very relaxing after working all day. Cheap and nasty I'm afraid, might be ok for young teenagers/20 somethings, but for someone needing more support - a definite no-no. Additionally, the back was positioned really too far forward so you couldn't sit comfortably. Plus it was faulty - once the back was screwed on, the back went 'skewiff'. Returned for refund..
