9 Pair Shoe Rack

I purchased this shoe rack, and unfortunately, I’m very disappointed. One of the corner is broken and the material has noticeably changed color and not white anymore. It doesn’t seem durable at all. Given these issues, I wouldn’t recommend this product and shopping from this website.

Bought this ages ago and it’s still going strong.

Manufacturer insists on attaching parts with a red sticky tape, which discolours the wood inside. Got a replacement, same thing happened.

Worst item I have bought from Wayfair ever. Cardboard packaging arrived with a big dent in it, which may explain the crack in one of the shelves (pictured). I have requested a replacement shelf, but Wayfair is estimating two weeks for that to arrive... Even aside from the massive crack, the paint qualityfinish on the product is terrible and patchy. Some of the panels of wood on the shelves are longer than others and there are other scratches and black marks elsewhere. I am convinced this is a product that was already returned that they have packaged up and shipped out again. I bought this at a 60 discount (from RRP £99.99 to £39.99) I dont think this product is worth £20 yet alone £100! I would very much recommend avoiding.

Great quality & easy to assemble

When I went to screw it together one of the screws split the MDF of the shelf. I don’t know whether it’ll hold together for long. Wayfair did give me a small refund but i would have preferred a replacement shelf. I guess that would have cost them more than the refund. Otherwise, it looks good and it arrived in good time.
