Bought two of these. Poor quality. The shelf brackets provided were not welded straight (both items) so the shelves were tilted downwards when put up. (Wall is completely level!) Managed to get them positioned slightly straighter by putting something behind lower part of bracket before fixing to wall, which levelled out the downwards tilted prongs that shelf slides onto. I should have just returned them when realised how poor quality they were!
