Brambly Wood Storage Bench

Arrived with so many defects and stripped holes for screws. Theres a piece of wood chilled out the one leg of the bench. Not completely painted so needs to be touched up at our own expense. Disappointing that this is sent out this way and we have more furniture on the way.

The instructions were terrible. I am a dab hand at building flat pack but these instructions had me pulling it apart and starting from scratch three times!!! its also smaller than the image suggests. There is no way you would get a pair of heels in the tiny slots!

Poor quality bench, not very robust, the paint is thin and will probably need a fresh coat of paint before long. It took several hours to construct and the fittings were poor quality with several breaking during construction. However, it is a good size and holds numerous pairs of shoes. The first package arrived with damaged parts and had to be returned. Customer service, via email, was prompt, courteous and efficient and a replacement was sent out promptly. However, despite the affordable price, it still isn't good value for money.

Arrived in excellent time, and took no time to build. Instructions were good and nothing was damaged. We didn’t install the back board as it was a different colour and the unit looks a lot better without. Now to find a nice cushion for thr top
