Masterbuilt® Gravity Series™ 560 Digital Charcoal Grill + Smoker Cover in Black

I want to cover to the best i can, what i can say about the first 2 weeks of use. So with that being said naturally I cant speak on longevity of this smoker, yet. What i can say is so far it has done exactly what it says it does. I will say the wafer fire starters are a must for hassle free start up. dont waste time trying other methods. A good torch lighter helps even more so. Burn rate is a bit higher than advertised i believe. i ran a 20lb lump charcoal bag on a 14 hour smoke at 225 and had to had briquettes to ensure a complete finish. Regarding smoke, the smoke box does work great. i used a single hickory log that i cut in cubes for 7 hours of smoke. the smoker performed flawlessly and gave a beautiful smoke ring. Regarding the wifi/bluetooth connectivity. i will say yes i had some app connectivity issues on my phone during startup. However after that point i had no issues once connection was established. the app works and alerts as its designed. i was able to real time track from inside and compare app vs actual which matched. i did not have to involve IT. The provided meat temp probe was compared to thermpro meat thermometer and found these to read within 3-4 degrees of each other. The picture i attached are literally of my first ever brisket. 14lbs approx weight. I believe this smoker can make an average joe a meat smokin pro with a little time. I hope i dont run in to any issues but so far two cooks in we are rockin and smoke rollin'!
