Faults apart at the slightest touch, unfortunately.

The product is low quality

I really like it. It was easy to arrange.

This shoe rack was not the same as the one pictured on the website, as the photo shows, the metal poles were clearly about half the width. It’s not sturdy enough, and was falling apart when just carrying it to a cupboard, and when placing shoes on it. Two were purchased, and they both had same problem, despite being assembled correctly. The picture on the website, is very misleading, and should be changed.

Damaged pieces very disappointing no option to replace for damaged items on the returns anymore so with the parts that are okay I’ve been able to build a smaller one. Picture is deceptive looks like plenty of space on one shelf for 3 pairs and it isn’t it’s smaller but for now it will do. Quite disappointed

Not suitable for purpose. Very flimsy, comes apart so easily. Now in the bin, very disappointed.
