They’re trash bags. Made by the manufacturer to fit a non-standard trash can—made by the same manufacturer. They’re good quality and they do what trash bags are supposed to do. I can’t find this size in local stores, though, and shopping with Wayfair is always a good experience.

I have been using these binliners for a long time. They fit my kitchen bin perfectly and are very strong and leak proof, I cannot rate them highly enough. It's just not worth buying inferior brands.
