The side panels had some longer bits so I had to call a friend to come round and cut them back the holes for fixing bolts had not been drilled out so he also did that for me not very good

We haven't been able to request a refund for this as it is noted as still on delivery. 3 cracks were noted and a couple of stray nails to be removed as per photo's indicating it may not last too long. The product generally looks reasonable value and can be fixed with a some decent DIY skills but the delivery team said customer services would help resolve the issues but on trying to contact the seller they have ignored all contact attempts. Otherwise it looks great, the wood is decent quality.

To be fair it’s a great shed but my issue is with Wayfair. Ignore the expected delivery date, mine arrived three weeks later than the website suggested and 10 days after to email that said my shed had shipped and would be delivered. Tried many times to contact Wayfair by phone, constantly engaged, and email, no response. Do yourself a favour and buy it direct from the manufacturer.
