I think Wayfair's Sincerity and quality assurance has plummeted over a short period of time. this would be my 2nd Iron bought and Wayfair sent me a used product!!!!!!!!!!!! USED!!!!!!!!!!!! I paid for a brand new IRON!!!! They couldnt even give me the courtesy of repackaging and cleaning the item up properly! This is most DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
