Very good at removing stains and leaves my carpets like new

Was so happy to finally be able to get one and when it arrived today I set it all up and started to use it to get some stains out of the carpet on my stairs, and then saw loads of the waste water coming out the bottom and it bubbling up round the seem at the bottom, and the waste water compartment is only at most a quarter full, not happy considering it's not really a cheap product. Got a replacement and did the same thing, do not buy this product it's obviously flawed

I was surprised how dirty things were when I used it. It's super good and cleans very well. Just don't make the mistake I did. And put boiling hot water into it, as it swells the instructions actually tell you that, but I was so silly and did not read properly loll

Clean water container broke after four uses. Developed a fishy smell and leaked everywhere despite cleaning the machine thoroughly after every use. Super disappointed as made carpet worse and ended up ordering a vax alternative spot wash. (Which is very good)

Great little cleaner...used in small hallway that has a lot of traffic.. couldn't be without it now
