Our order was wrongly delivered to a local garage instead of our home. We were notified this by a neighbour and not by the courier company. When we retrieved the order the box was damaged and unfortunately so was the item. This was an expensive piece at nearly £300 and I would have expected better packing and handling of this item. I have tried contacting you about this. The virtual assistant says nothing can be done and I am going round in circles on whatsapp trying to understand what my options are in this. not very impressed!
