The package was damaged and also parts of the shoe storage. I was a little disappointed about that.

Great design very poor materials damaged to easily in transit

Sleek design + great utility for our hallway that needed just enough space to hold daily foot wears providing ease of a satty. Just that it had a door support only on one side instead of 2 and makes noises at times while sitting atop. The built could be a bit better otherwise a good product.

A little tricky to assemble- the back panel was a little small- not sure if this was for ventilation purposes. But overall looked quite good once done. The grey is slightly darker than the picture but worked well. Happy with the purchase overall.

The item was not the best quality for the price but what was worse was the poor attention to getting things right Wayfair have. The item arrived damaged plus defects in the manufacturing due to no quality control at the factory. Wayfair have a straight forward replacements policy which alas does not work. Of 4 parts requested 2 were delivered correct and 2 of a smaller model. I reordered them again with a note showing the size required which obviously no human read as the same smaller version was delivered again. This was sent straight back via the courier that delivered it with no response from Wayfair other that shutting the order down complete! A poorly managed company trying to sell substandard items - avoid if you can.

Arrived smashed to pieces. Waste of time!
