Good quality. No instructions, but very easy to figure out and assemble. All tools included, which is nothing but screws and an allen wrench. Start at the bottom shelf and work your way up. Keep the screws on one side loose until you have all the shelves installed, then tighten. Took me less than 20 minutes to assemble.
