Here are the before and after photos of the area where the shoe storage cabinet is located. It fits perfectly and although it says 15 shoe storage I can easily put more than 20. I turn 1 of the pair around and may stack a pair if you look closely. I will say it requires patience to put together because the directions are not that clear. I had difficulty with the base and feet because it required the Allen wrench and lots of muscle. Also, getting the doors to close evenly took some doing but you need to make sure every screw is tightened before adjusting the doors. I think it is great value.. Lydia R.. Flushing, NY. Very smart shoe cupboard, exactly what we wanted to hide our shoes but also somewhere to put our broadband hub on top. It's a very smart looking unit, very solid and sturdy, the wood is a beautiful colour. I also like that it has deeper shelves than other shoe cabinets so we are able to put our walking boots in there! Instructions were easy to follow to put it together. I did unfortunately have to knock off 1 star though because there are some round edges, particularly around the top of the right hand door. Also there were some marks on the wood the wood I was having to wipe off as I went along, I'm not sure what it was, and it came off easily enough but it was just a bit annoying.
