Order Number: UK401153931, Consignment Number: B5345301-6940, Delivery Products: SFZS1039, Stampa Bookcase Size: H220 x W44 x D36cm, 2 parts. Only two parts/packages were delivered on Wednesday 12 May. (In addition, the signature in the box is not mine, I was not asked to sign anything.) We started to unpack the flat pack today (Sunday 15 May) in order to assemble the product. One of the two packages contained one 220cm tall side to the bookcase, the other package contained the shelves. Clearly there should be two 220cm sides - meaning part of the product is missing. Three packages should have been delivered. It is impossible to assemble without the missing part. Please contact me asap on my email address. Please rectify this and either (1) deliver the missing part to complete the bookcase, or (2) deliver a whole new complete product. I am not happy with the service at all.. Anonymous. Sat May 14 2022
