why do i pay for a return of nearly £14.00 on items that are obviously not represented correctly in the pictures - i would definitely not have purchased these items if i had known that my immediate response would be 'OOOH !' - 'the design looks like it has been drawn by a 5 year old with a wax crayon !!' ? even when zooming in on the pictures, this is not apparent ! - i am very disappointed and wont be shopping with you again
