5cm Memory Foam Flip Topper

Excellent memory foam ! Super comfortable, supportive, and great for reducing pressure points. I’ve been sleeping much better since I got it. Highly recommend!

The filling was nothing like the image on the website. A layer of white foam quite thin. The topper was not the same thickness overall. Some parts were much thinner than others, even after airing for 5 days. Called wayfair and they sent a replacement, exactly the same was sent again. After many emails back and forth with Emma they eventually admitted that an error had occurred at the factory and the wrong filling had been put in the topper. The full retail price for this is £268. Very poor quality control

Didn’t match the sales pictures, and the quality was much lower than expected. The box had been re sealed, although the item inside was still in its own separate wrapping, i suspect the wrong model was in the box, as it didn’t match at all. Got a refund, which was very simple.

I research all day for this mattress topper from Emma and Wayfair came in with the best price by far, Next day delivery and I am so pleased with the product.

When unpacked this topper had 3 deep creases/ridges along its length. Despite leaving for 5 days they did not resolve and so I rejected the item as defective. I am awaiting a refund
