I cannot write a review on the quality of the mattresses I have purchased from Wayfair because the mattresses have not been used yet. However, what I can write is the appalling deception Wayfair employs to fraudulently extracts monies by deceptively showing low prices of its products online but charge a stealth 20% charge and call it tax. This is an illegal practice because prices shown on websites are the only obligation a customer has to pay especially when categorically there is no information given on Wayfair's site about taxes or other applicable charges apart of delivery. This type of deception causes people unnecessary disputes and conflicts such as reporting such deceptive business practices to Action Fraud and also to their banks where payments were drawn without the informed consent of the account holder. In my case the stealth charge referred in the bill (sent after collection) as Tax was a significant £65.
