Novilla 25cm Ortho Memory Foam Pocket Sprung Zoned Mattress

This is the second mattress I’ve ordered now that is too short for my bed frame. I’ve had a mattress before from wayfair which fitted my bed frame perfectly, same measurements as this and the other one I ordered was also the same measurements but both were too small. It doesn’t make sense! Plus, if you want to send your mattress back with the 100 night free trial, you have to choose store credit for the refund, otherwise £20 return free for a refund to your original payment method! This is ridiculous. This is going to be the second time I’m going to have to pay another £20 for return fee as this mattress is too small, and I need it refunded to my original payment method as I’ll have to buy a different mattress otherwise I would be left with no mattress while waiting for store credit!! The prices are amazing on here but not very great customer service and not accurate measurements for mattresses clearly! *edit* I ended up keeping this mattress and I absolutely did not want to return and buy another from wayfair. After 6 months of using this mattress my body is in absolute agony, it’s rock solid and is NOT comfy at all even with a mattress topper it doesn’t make it any better. Absolutely DO NOT buy this mattress, especially if you have a condition such as fibromyalgia like me because you will be in a lot of pain! I’m going to have to fork out for a new mattress now and lose out due to this, so unhappy.

The mattress is excellent, dense, while the springs are quite soft, it is not felt. What you need for connoisseurs of a quality mattress. Everything organised was delivered quickly as indicated within two days

I’ve only had it for a couple of nights but so far I have no complaints. Nice and firm but with a cushioned top. Really pleased so far!

Very comfortable medium soft , first night on this mattress I slept over 7 and a 1/2 hours for the first time in weeks

Super heavy 15kg. Instructions say to have it open for 72 hours before use so do make sure you have something to sleep on in the mean time

The Novilla mattress is perfect. The mattress quality is superb. I am very happy with my purchase. I definitely will be buying again. The delivery service was great.

Extremely comfortable, just what I was looking for

I purchased this mattress with the high hope it would help me with waking up with pains in my back and hips due to my current mattress. This is my 3rd night with sleeping on this mattress and all I can say is I haven’t slept as well this since I stayed in a hotel. I was quite hesitant at first as I felt it was slightly on the firm side. But once I laid on it it the comfortability was second to none. The price is fantastic. The delivery of the item was swift. The driver was helpful and polite. And the mattress is a dream.

Absolutely amazing I can feel all my aches and pains going ... Truly the perfect amount of support I have arthritis and im a side sleeper .. I'm happy very comfortable and looking forward to a good sleep
