Very good quality with the only drawback being that it sometimes gets too hot for me (Male) meanwhile the wife loves it!

You sent my th the wrong size before and then sent me the wrong size again to replace it and then said these were not returnable which is OK cause they are queen size but I do not appreciate your business tactics. I am a long-standing customer and you are the one that messed up on the deliveries twice.
