Mattress is great, but delivery awful, first etimated delivery dates werent relevant, secondly tracking doesnt show you where the parcel is

Good mattress better than my old one so it’s good. I like how tough it is but maybe that’s just because it’s new only had it a couple of days yet so only time will tell

Delivery service along with customer service deplorable unprofessional and deceptive I would like to return my product due to disappointment but would be hit with a £40 return cost that I can’t afford My son was gutted by the delay and confusion caused wish I haven’t purchase this product from Wayfair mattress is so poorly designed all you feel is coil

I just received the mattress and havent taken the plastic off yet allowing for 24-hours to fully expand. But on first impressions the mattress has a good firmness to it a nice spring and is firmer than I thought. Time will tell hence the three Star rating, didnt want to be misleading, would recommend but not as a long term permanent mattress, useful for guests

Arrived Friday. Easy delivery. Well wrapped, no damage and seems very comfortable, have not tried yet but better than I expected. Will write another once I tried.
