Was expecting Microfibre to be of a velvety + plush feel. Didn't realise that polyester is considered 'microfibre'

Had a slight issue with the first duvet set I order. Once I had put it on my bed I had noticed a hole in one of the pillow cases. I contacted customer service through the online chat and they were very sorry for this fault and inconvenience and sent out a whole new duvet set free of charge. Brilliant service and lovely duvet set.
