We had to ask for an exchange as the first pack came with damaged/scratched boards. Easy to assemble with good clear instructions. The shoe rack looks good though quality is not the best but with that price it’s reasonable. Size and look were same as what was described on the web. We are happy with our purchase!. Betty.
