The item arrived with some small parts missing, so I couldn’t even start the first step of assembly. That was very frustrating and a waste of time. However, Wayfair customer service resolved the issue by telling me not to pay and to keep the item, which I appreciated. So although the product itself was disappointing, the customer service response was fair.
