Bought this as a spare room guest bed, so, unfortunately has not been used yet, the only slightly negative thing I would say is that for me personally the mattress is slightly softer than I would prefer and that is based purely on having just two or three minutes of lying on it, otherwise very happy. This mattress is amazing. It arrived in a box as stated and I opened it and put it on the base as suggested. It was vacuum sealed which made it easy enough for one person to get out. The mattress came with its own tool to cut the plastic off. As I got halfway through cutting the plastic the mattress sprung to life. Over the course of the next few hours it grew until it was 30cm deep. The quality of the mattress is excellent. Very good value for money. I cannot fault this mattress at all.
