This room partition has an idyllic look and brings an air of well-being to any living area. It has a special effect thanks to its double-sided lining. Very attractive screen made from pale wood which gives it a lovely, bright look. I bought the widest with six panels which is easy enough to carry. Height 178.5cms. The back is just white covering, although it looks like it’s framed being see through (photo 2). Good quality for the price and just what I wanted. Only negatives: Two of the panels are a bit bowed/warped. As a result, a few of the wooden slats have separated from the frame, but it should be possible to secure them back in gently. Not sure how strong the white covering is as it resembles strong parchment paper. The gaps between the panels are quite large, up to 1 cm, so it’s easy to see what’s behind. This is a really pretty screen, lightweight but not easy to knock over (at least not by a greyhound!) and exactly how it looks online. Blends seamlessly with a French-style chest in the same colour in my cottage. The embroidered 'voile' is good quality, although ideally I would have liked window screening too, to help with drafts.
