This teak garden bench is a beautiful 3 seater, yet another classic among wooden garden benches. Based on a design by the famous English architect Sir Edward Tory (1869-1944) this teak garden bench perfectly fuses solid high-quality woodcraft with luxury.

Based on the original bench designed by famed architect Sir Edwin Lutyens, this bench has the accents of Indian architecture that so inspired him in the early 20th century. An elegant focal point for any garden, delivering a real sense of luxury but without the associated price tag. Made from Grade A Teak which appears as a warm honey colour and will over time will turn a silver grey. Grade A teak is slightly oily to touch as it is very dense and rich in protective oils, naturally resistant to the elements and extremely long lasting.

Great bench, only let down by some of the dowels not fitting properly.. Scott. Dunchurch Rugby, GB. Wed Jul 19 2017

The curved back on the Rowlinson Hemsway Bench gives it a classic look and can be used both indoor and outdoor. The bench comfortably seats three people.

Its a nice bench some damage to the seat but I should be able to sand it down and varnish screws are very tight and need extra leverage to tighten them only a strong person could tighten these , three and a half stars only. David. Nuneaton, GB. Sat Jun 06 2026
