The ottoman is actually better than expected. Arrived mostly assembled, was very easy to finish off. Super soft material and feels quite sturdy. Quality seems good. Unfortunately it arrived with a scuffed leg and a small hole on the underlay but customer service was quick to offer a resolve.. Shella. Swanton Morley. Wed Sep 16 2026

LOVE IT!!!! Fits perfectly in the space I have. Stylish, chic and makes the bedroom feel super warm and cosy. The storage underneath also fits 20 bottles of wine (if you don't have a cellar) and my husband is convinced we can fit another layer on top.....that's to be determined!. Sheila. West Midlands, Uk.
