I was really nervous after I’d seen the reviews but the delivery men couldn’t have been nicer, they took the packages to the room I asked them to, and yes it was a pain to put together, but betweeen my husband and I we did it in a few days. One star missing because one of the steps broke when my husband climbed them to finish the slats on the bed and he hadn’t put the fronts on the stairs to secure them beforehand.. Anonymous. Takes some time to build - as expected. Wasn’t super easy to get exactly square but you get there in the end. It’s heavy so not easy to move once in place. This is likely the same for all of these types of beds.. John. Thurlestone Kingsbridge, GB. Tue Dec 13 2022
