The Loft is constructed on 34mm square framing and clad with planed 12mm Shiplap tongue and groove boards made only from the highest grade, slow grown, FSC northern European pine. The playhouse comes with a base coat applied ready for you to complete with your own top coat; if you can decide on a colour! This playhouse is a great size for our daughter who is nearly 3 she loves it! The Angelina Playhouse is a pretty playhouse but with a platform and slide it's exciting too! The playhouse with pressure treated platform and slide is perfect for your children to play in and will look great in the garden too. All your children's friends will want to come and play! It is made from high grade, FSC approved, Northern European pine shiplap boards and the joinery made, opening windows and half glazed door are all mortice and tenon jointed. The walls are shiplap boards over 34 mm square framing. It complies with BS EN 71, the safety standard and carries the CE mark. The door has a full-length safety hinge and it is glazed with acrylic. It is finished in a honey brown basecoat treatment ready for you to paint or stain on installation. The roof is OSB and the floor is T&G. The painted model shown is for illustration only. Perfect size for my 4 year old! My 6 year old loves it as well but might be too big for it by the time he is 7. Overall great product and perfect size for our backyard.
