The loft area is situated above the verandah so the height of the main space is not compromised. The covered verandah provides cover even on a wet day for year round use as well being an exciting feature. It is fully CE certified and complies with BS EN71 for the safety of your children. The door is fitted with a full length piano hinge to prevent finger traps and the windows are glazed with acrylic. It is manufactured in T&G (shiplap) timber from high grade, slow grown, FSC approved, northern European pine. The floor of the playhouse is tongue and groove timber as is the roof which is covered with roofing felt for protection from the weather. The playhouse is supplied with a dip treated base coat preservative ready for you to top coat immediately after installation. The painted models shown are customer images to provide some ideas. This playhouse requires self-assembly using the instructions supplied; fixings and roof felt are provided. Before you assemble your building, you will need a base which is flat and level to a sufficient size. Grass, soil or gravel are not sufficient as they will move with the weight of a building.
