Although this was an open box item, the condition is very good. I researched it carefully and know that it's well made of quite natural materials. It is probably the most comfortable mattress I can remember sleeping on. Only thing is it's deep and heavy so a bit tricky to lift for turning and changing the sheets. Night night . . .. Madeline.
