The Crown Smoker and Grill is a steel polytetrafluoroethylene-coated BBQ with a lid for use as a cooker and smoker on top of chimeneas. Comes with a chromed steel BBQ grill and fits most of the clay, steel, and cast iron chimeneas. Simply place it on top of the funnel. The heat from the fire rises through the funnel and through the smoking chip pan in the base, cooking the food on the grill. An air vent on the top lid regulates the amount of air, and therefore smoke. Enhance your Chimenea experience with new activities. Works beautifully. Easy to use.

With this multi-functional oven smoker, you can smoke meat, fish, as well as sausages. Make a feast and enjoy outdoor get-together with your family! This smokehouse is equipped with a thermometer to keep you informed about the chamber temperature. Through the window, you can keep an eye on the food inside. The 83 cm tall smoking oven provides plenty of space for smoking the meat. The outdoor grill is made of galvanised steel and suitable for outdoor use. Thanks to the zinc plating on the rack, fire bowl and ash tray, the BBQ is rust resistant. Both the drawer and fire bowl are equipped with a handle. Additionally, 1kg wood chips and 12 S-shaped hooks are included in delivery. Do not use the barbecue in a confined and/or habitable space e.g. houses, tents, caravans, motor homes, boats. Our vertical smoker features 2 cooking racks, which can accommodate large pieces of meat or ribs. The iron support with 3 sturdy hooks is high enough to hang large breasts, chicken legs, turkeys, and other food inside the lid. Our BBQ grill is designed with a built-in thermometer with a detailed temperature scale and adjustable air supply on the lid for greater temperature control. Combined with the adjustable air outlet on the top, you can control the airflow to maintain a steady temperature at any time.

This smoker is a unique smoke house, sold complete with its accompanying smoke generator, in which flavour bisquettes are burned for 20 minutes each so that the temperature does not fluctuate. This eliminates high-temperature gases, acids and resins that can distort the flavour of smoked food. This smoker makes clean tasting food without any aftertaste. While other smokers need to be tended constantly, this smoker automatically produces clean, cool smoke for up to 9 hours safely and without intervention.

Excellent service from Wayfair, delivered the next day from order in which I was very surprised. The product itself is great! Used once so far and very pleased!!
