This book shelf is so perfect in my living room! It was relatively easy to assemble; although, one of the shelves was missing the pre-drilled holes. Easy enough to fix, I just measured it out and made sure I used the correct size drill bit (by measuring against the holes on the other shelves), and put them in myself. The desk is pretty solid, and I like the style. Its small enough to fit in a tight space but has plenty of room for my daughter to work on. The shelves provide space to display and organize. The drawers are very shallow, so not much will fit in them. The problem came with the chair. First, the bottom did not come with the holes for the screws that hold the seat into place. So now I have to deal with the return and exchange, while not a huge deal, a bit annoying. Im actually more annoyed that the chair doesnt fit under the desk.
