The duvet looks very good but yet to try it out. I wish to report the completely inadequate service from DHL delivery company who simply left the box near my front door, under an ant infested shrub. No attempt was made to ring our doorbell and I had waited in especially. I am not impressed and expect you to investigate this and feedback your findings and intentions in due course.. Fiona. This duvet is, quite simply, the best I’ve ever owned. From the first night, it brought a sense of calm and comfort that made sleep feel restorative again. Light yet warm, it wraps around you without weight, and feels beautifully made in that quiet, confident way quality things do. It doesn’t shout for attention, but you notice the difference in how it feels, how you sleep, and how you wake up. A considered purchase, yes, but entirely worth it. I wouldn’t go back.. Mr W.
