It promised so much and looked so cute but there were problems when it arrived; as soon as we got it out of the box we could hear rattling inside the pouffe - when two of the legs failed to screw on then it became clear that the rattling was in fact the fixings which had fallen inside where we couldn't get at them! Shame - bigger issue was that - whilst it arrived when I was at work - my 93 year old Dad unpacked the item from the box and then put the flattened box and wrapping out to recycle - so I can't even send it back it seems!. The sofa is very smart the colour is great but the back leans inwards so sitting on it is not as comfortable as I had hoped. Nor is the top wood piece easy to to put on as the dowels do not fit to the holes and I had to carefully fiddle with it for quite some time as the material around it is easily ripped. If I were this company I would be reinforcing the material around the holes for the dowels and doing a better job of ensuring they line up exactly. I like the sofa but would not buy another.. Sherry.
