Great purchase! I was in search of a slightly tall chair to allow my short self to sit at my desk in my home office comfortably. Plus, I have a thing for bright green and mid-century modern style. Win-win. Since quarantine started in the US, and Ive been working from home, Ive spent on average 7 hours a day in this chair. As Im a full 53, I had to put some yoga blocks under my feet, but the chair puts me perfectly to keep my forearms flat on my desk. Seat cushion is still OK, but I could see it getting packed out with six more months of this sort of usage. Arms fit perfectly for my frame (and Im not skinny), but it might be too skinny to be comfortable for some more plus-sized individuals. Only issue Ive had with the chair is the bolts loosening that attach the seat to the legs. 30 cent locking washers from the hardware store fixed that problem.. Anonymous. Baltimore. Tue Jun 02 2020

Great design, compact and very reasonably priced but not without the issues. it arrived with no hardware pack, but easily resolved with a call to customer service. put together and sturdy. absolutely what we were after - compact, stylish and looks fairly durable. the plastic screw cover tops came off after 3 days and had to be glued back on to stop popping out. so do be prepared to sort out few niggles, BUT for 169 pounds it is really not worth complaining - any "designer" shop will charge several times over that. so overall - great value for money. now waiting for 4 more to arrive!. These are great bar stools, and live up to my expectations. They arrived in good condition. The wood color is a nice walnut, styling in line with mid century modern. I really wanted black material but the dark brown was the only option. That being said, you can't really tell that it's brown unless you're really looking. The swivel on the chair is not too fast, which helps prevent slamming into the counter and nicking the wood, which is bound to happen. The width of the seat is comfortable for those with a larger backside. The back rest is a good height. But I'm short, 5'2", so... I can touch the footrest with my toes - no super comfort there, but most people are taller than me. They were a snap to put together. Put the seat upside down on a box or something a couple feet off the ground. That keeps the seat stable enough to screw in the legs. Overall, love these bar stools. I want more. Get them :). Mary.
