The person who delivered was amazing. Went out of his way to deliver to the right place. The pergola is finally up (family issues that delayed installment). Amazing. Strong. Practical. Great frame and covers. Would recommend this and the company. Joy. Newcastle-under-lyme, GB. Thu Aug 20 2026

It looks great and is good value for money. Downside is it came with screw holes missing on one of the beams which I had to drill myself.. Michael. Motherwell, GB. Tue May 29 2018

This heavy-duty hardtop gazebo crafted from galvanised steel and aluminium is expertly designed to withstand unpredictable severe weather, including storms with winds exceeding 129 km/h.

Five stars for the assembled product and quick delivery, but arrived with 2 duplicate parts (instead of left and right fitting beams), but being impatient I drilled new holes myself so I could get on with building it instead of waiting for a replacement part. The Roof holes were also too small for screws so had to drill bigger holes in order to secure roof. Being stubborn I built it by myself and took a while, but once you get the first bits done, the rest is fairly simple. Doesn’t help that my eyes are going and the instructions are in font 6. Good value for money if you don’t mind bodging things.. Gary. Lisburn Ni. Tue Sep 15 2026
