Booth European Single (90 x 200cm) House Beds with Trundle

I love the bed! Is very stable and good material. Why just 3 stars, even if i love the bed. Is not the first time when we bought and build furniture but this bed… no words how complicated was. The instructions doesn’t matter with the pieces not any number on the wood pieces to understand what and where goes same instructions in different page 6 page for the bed and not in order. Very very very disorganised , so that mean we spend 1000 time more to building up this beautiful bed. After I’ve realised that, on the time of the purchase, was 100£ fee to pay extra, for someone to come and build the bed for you … disappointed. And also THE DELIVERY!!! With that,if I can, I give 0 stars!!! The called me to say that will be delivered the 30m, but at work i dont have signal so after i’ve see the vocal message I’ve called back the driver and he just left my house and ive ask if i can come in 5 min home so if he can wait.whatsoever he said that will be delivered nex day(Saturday) so ive booked holidays so i can deliver the parcel and guess what THE DIDNT TURN UP, as they don’t work on Saturday. So I’ve called waytfair and they apologies ))) nothing else. So customer service so so disappointed, specially that I’ve explained the drive said will be delivered next day and also I’ve took a day of holiday just for receiving this bed. In the end bed lovely but the service behind NO WORTH AND DISAPPOINTED!

When I asked my daughter what she thought of her bed her words were Wow mummy I’m now a real life princess with my own castle . Seeing her face when it was put together made it all worth while. It took a few of us a couple of hours to put together mainly because it came on 7 boxes and each box has its own set of instructions. Not the clearest to put together but once together it is a solid bed and very comfortable. She can’t wait to have her first sleep over. thdecision to purchase this bed.
