I am extremely disappointed with this purchase and with my overall experience with your company. The chair is loose and unstable, and the drawers cannot even be assembled properly because the necessary screws were missing. Also, part (G) was not included in the package at all — instead, we received two of part (H). On the other hand, there were many extra screws that were completely unnecessary, while the ones we actually needed were missing. Because of this, we will now have to spend extra money buying screws ourselves just to finish assembling the table. Unfortunately, this is also the second time I have had problems with your company. The last time, my delivery did not arrive within the agreed timeframe, even though it was supposed to be a gift. I decided to give your company another chance, but once again I am left very disappointed. This has been a frustrating experience and honestly feels like wasted money. I had highly recommended this table to friends and family before receiving it, which now feels embarrassing and disappointing. I would appreciate a proper solution as soon as possible, including the missing parts and correct hardware.

Good instructions for putting together. Kids can’t sit at the table unless the storage baskets are pulled out, as they take leg room. Kids are 3 &4 so not very big. Other than that, it looks well and is really functional.

Unfortunately the piece in the top was slightly warped so doesnt sit flush, we have not used this the other way round so in hindsight we would have got a table without a removable insert due to this, and the fact that anything spilled ends up in the drawers below. Other than this the table is fine, and the assembly was easy enough

Poorly made damaged on arrival. My mum ordered me a replacement and the shelf broke.

Arrived within 2 days of ordering which was sooner than first thought. It was well packaged but not wastefully so. Good quality, and very sturdy. Fitting instructions could have been a little clearer as not all parts were labelled. However, very pleased with my purchase.
