⭐ 1 STAR — DO NOT BUY Extremely disappointing and misleading. The bunk bed was advertised with a third pull-out bed clearly shown in the pictures, but this was NOT included. I chose and purchased the bed based on what was shown in the listing, so receiving a completely different configuration is unacceptable. To make matters worse, my delivery was already massively delayed, and after waiting all that time, I discovered that an important part shown in the advertisement was missing. This has caused unnecessary stress, inconvenience and additional expense. I expected the product I paid for — not something different from what was advertised. Very disappointed with both the product and the way this situation has been handled. Think twice before buying this bed.
