Books on one side, toys on the other. Mess finally has a place to go.
This children's bookcase splits its design into two zones: one side holds three soft cotton-linen slings that display picture books face-forward, covers fully visible so little ones grab what they like without emptying a shelf. The other side has a three-tier toy organiser with an extra drawer tucked underneath—bricks, teddies, Tonies, whatever lands on the playroom floor. An additional fabric storage bag hangs on the side for the small bits that don't belong anywhere else. The whole unit is built on an engineered wood frame with triangular supports at the back, anti-slip pads under the feet, and an anti-tipping strap to bolt it to the wall. At 75cm tall and 83.5cm wide, it's low enough for toddlers to reach the top shelf without climbing, and slim enough to sit against a bedroom or nursery wall without eating floor space. Assembly is numbered parts, clear instructions, screws and screwdriver included—about 40 minutes from box to tidy.
