Matthes Hardwood Mid Sleeper Bed with Blackboard

If I could have given it 0 stars I would have. Delivered with missing screws. Torn instructions and just a nightmare all round. The mattress sold with the bed is twice the size of the bed itself

Very sturdy and good quality wood. The chalkboard doesn’t actually fit on. Instructions are not very easy to follow but alongside the picture we figured it out!

Bought two of these as needed a smaller bed frame and the space to use underneath… kids love them, easy to put together… only negative is the stairs on both beds doesn’t reach the floor so creaks and pulls on the side bars when kids step on them (for context my kids are 3 and 5 yrs old)

Whilst the Assembly Instructions were not included with the bed delivery it was responded to and actioned quickly. However the instructions were not sufficient and I am not sure if they were just provided by the supplier and not Wayfair. I have assembled a children's bunk bed previously and the supplier provided detailed instructions confirming which post goes. These instructions did not give any information on the posts. There are many posts involved and many the same size although have different holes to indicate where they are placed. I screwed in many posts and had to unscrew and swap them with another similar post. Instead of the suggested one hour assembly time I spent the majority of the day assembly it. When I had no instructions I did ask if the assembly team can still come and assemble it. I was informed assembly has to be confirmed on purchase. However I was not aware of the lack of assembly instructions provided on purchase and would certainly have ordered assembly if I was to order this again.

Das Bett ist sehr schön und schnell zusammen gebaut. Meine Tochter liebt ihr neues Bett und ihre Kuschelhöhle darunter. Leider ist die Tafel nur aus Holz und nicht magnetisch. Wir haben sie nicht abgebaut.
