Olivia High Sleeper Heavy Duty Pine Bunk Bed

Loft Bed came missing over half the hardware missing and was unable to be built, instructions were poor with poorly pixelated pictures. Had to return which in itself is a nightmare.

It is good and high and sturdy what I was looking for . But it came with 3 steps which can be a bit tricky. I am going to send email if I can have 4 steps for ladders. It can with 2 brackets but it was quite wobbly for my daughter who is 11. So I need to ask someone put another 2 brackets so it doesn’t move at all not sure if it happened because of carpet.

I bought this bed for my 17year old grandson and he’s really pleased with this bed. He says it’s very comfortable although the ladder is hard work getting up to the bunk! It’s left enough space in his tiny room for a desk which he didn’t have room for before and his hifi also fits underneath the bunk… win win! My only complaint is the delivery which was left outside my flat leaning up the wall near my front door! No one knocked even though I was home all day and I had to struggle to get it into my hallway on my own, I’m a 61 year old woman with a severe sight impairment and it almost gave me a hernia! The delivery man took a photo of my parcel from halfway down the road! Very poor service!!!

Was so impressed with this bed. However I moved house and Ive lost the fixings. More temporarily misplaced. I approached Wayfair to ask if there is a replacement fixing kit. They still sell the bed. I was told sorry but no. I brought the bed two years ago so they are unable to help me. Poor Customer Service.

Easy to assemble and looks amazing when built. My teenage son loves it! Only negative that I would have is that I think the front rail beside the ladder could do with an extra piece to make it sturdier.
