Riddell 80 X 200cm Standard with Storage Included

We had purchased this bed in November 2021 and assembled it in February 2022. The bed has snapped in half after not even six month use, my toddler is only 2.5 years old. Initially the wooden safety rail had snapped which was not too much of a problem as we were ready to take it off (it’s very flimsy and isn't fixed in place) but one side on the base has snapped in half on a join which is literally just glued together. If we cannot get a replacement for the side that has snapped the whole bed will have to be thrown away and it was a very expensive bed to be used for only 6 months.

The bed was damaged and very flimsy. I have asked for a replacement bed. Having waited months the delivery of the new bed kept on getting delayed. I had to eventually cancel the order and get my money back as no one from customer services or company made any attempts to contact or update me on my issues.

Its a nice bed however the instructions come with nothing about how we could screw in the barrier. It seems a little dangerous to keep the barrier insecure on the side of the bed. The draws underneath the bed are also chipped in multiple places.

Definitely not worth the money wouldn’t buy again! Was chipped, had dents and marks all over the product absolutely awful

It gets 3 stars as the box came broken and there were around 10 different blemishes on the frame. Also one of the drawer fronts came without holes so I had to drill them myself. The bed itself is very nice and Wayfair refunded 25 of the cost due to the issues so it’s a middling review. If they didn’t fix the issues it would get 1 star, if there were no issues then it would get 5
